What is the OneFulham Account?

The OneFulham Account provides fans with a single online account to access the Club’s digital properties including fulhamfc.com, ticketing (eticketing.co.uk/fulhamfc), retail (shop.fulhamfc.com) and FFCtv
Only one account with one password is now required ensuring a more consistent experience when making purchases online and reducing the chances of forgetting passwords or usernames. Fans also now have greater control over how they hear from us through their preference centre.
Supporters will need to create their OneFulham Account in order to purchase match tickets/season tickets, memberships or merchandise online and also to be able to watch live matches and video on demand on FFCtv.
Supporters will be able to complete and update their personal details in the profile section of their OneFulham Account, and also change their preferences on receiving marketing information from the Club.
Who needs a OneFulham Account?

Everyone, including supporters already with existing ticketing or shop profiles. Supporters will need to create their One Fulham Account in order to purchase match tickets/season tickets, memberships or merchandise online and to be able to watch live matches and video on demand on FFCtv.
When will I need to create my OneFulham Account?

How do I create a OneFulham Account?

Simply visit fulhamfc.com and click on ‘Login/Register’ in the top right corner. Click ‘Create Account’ and enter your details and create a password. If you currently have a ticketing profile, you must sign up with the same email associated with your current ticketing profile in order to be able to successfully link these accounts and keep your ticketing transaction history. You will then receive a verification email where you will need to click the link. Once you have completed your preferences your account will be successfully activated and you’re all set.
I haven’t received the confirmation email?

If you have created an account with your own email and password, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Whilst you wait, you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page. When you receive the confirmation email, there will be a secure link ‘click here’ in the email which you need to click on to confirm your email. This will then open up a new browser tab for you to login with your email and password for the first time. This is just to check the email is indeed yours.
Please note, it may take a few seconds or minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your email, please follow the next steps:
- Check your junk and spam folders.
- Ensure you did not use any mailbox that could be shared, eg info@, reception@, sales@ as these will not be accepted for your OneFulham Account.
- Add onefulham@fulhamfc.com to your safe senders list and retry sending the email from the link ‘click here to resend email’ in the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page.
If you have left the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page and you want to go back to resend the confirmation email, log in again with your email and password chosen, and as you have not yet confirmed your email, you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page where you can click the link to resend.
If none of the steps above work, please contact onefulham@fulhamfc.com with your email address. In a few cases the email may be being blocked by your email service provider. Club staff will be able to check this so that you may contact your service provider directly.
I can’t click on the link in the confirmation email?

Some email clients or systems may deliver the email but ‘disable’ the ability to click on any links in the content. If you have received the email but cannot click on the link, try
- adding onefulham@fulhamfc.com to your ‘safe sender’ list
- right click on the link, and select from options to ‘open hyperlink’, or ‘copy hyperlink’ and paste in to a browser address bar and go.
What about my old ticketing and shop profiles?

Supporters must link their old ticketing and shop profiles to their new OneFulham Account in order to retain their transaction history. Please click here to start the process which only needs to be done once.
When linking my profiles it says no account found when I enter my client reference number?

This means the email address used to register your OneFulham Account does not match the email address held at the Ticket Office. You must register for the OneFulham Account with the same email address associated with your current ticketing profile in order to carry over any ticketing history and link this account.
If you are not sure which email address is held at the Ticket Office, please contact them on 0203 871 0810 or email onefulham@fulhamfc.com to ensure the correct email address is held for you, and try to link accounts again 24 hours later.
When linking my profiles it says my Client Reference is wrong?

Please ensure you have used your correct client reference number from your season ticket or membership card, or from a previous ticketing purchase. If you are a Season Ticket Holder, your client reference number will appear on your season card. If you have purchased tickets/merchandise then your client reference would be on the confirmation of purchase emails. You will need to disregard any zeros that may appear before your account. For example, if your card says 0012345, your client reference number is 12345.
I want to watch a video on FFCtv but it’s asking me to log in, what do I do?

Supporters wishing to watch a video on FFCtv will now have to log in to their OneFulham Account or register for one in order to do so. If you have an existing account with FFCtv but haven’t yet created your new OneFulham Account then you will need to use the same email address. If you haven’t got an existing account with us, then you can register for a free OneFulham Account which will be the same account you will need if you purchase tickets or merchandise in the future.
I have created my OneFulham Account on eticketing.co.uk/fulhamfc, do I use the same details to log in to shop.fulhamfc.com to buy merchandise?

Yes, if you have already created a OneFulham Account then you will need to use the same details to log in which will hold all of your ticketing and merchandise information in one account. Do not create a separate account otherwise you will have duplicate accounts.
Will I need to log in every time?

No, once you have logged in once on each device (i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet etc...) you won’t have to log in again as our websites will remember your details which will ease your journey through our different websites (www.fulhamfc.com, eticketing.co.uk/fulhamfc, shop.fulhamfc.com).
I want to watch a video on FFCtv but it’s asking me to log in, what do I do?

A number of videos online and via the FFCtv App are available to FFCtv subscribers only.
Subscribers wishing to watch a video behind the paywall will now have to log in using their OneFulham Account. This includes existing FFCtv subscribers, who will need to link their account or register for a One Fulham Account.
If you have an existing account with FFCtv but haven’t yet created your new OneFulham Account then you will need to use the same email address. If you haven’t got an existing account with us, then you can register for a free OneFulham Account which will be the same account you will need if you purchase tickets or merchandise in the future.
I have an FFCtv subscription but can no longer log in to my account. Why?

All FFCtv subscribers must now log in with a OneFulham Account to access video on demand, live video and live audio.
If you have an existing FFCtv subscription but haven’t yet created your new OneFulham Account then you will need to go through the registration process, using the same email address used for FFCtv.
Fans with a OneFulham account and FFCtv subscription need to link their accounts.
